Dear Stephen:
Attached are 25 blue lines of the subject preliminary plat together with a $300.00 check for the application
fee.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. would like to present this request to the Planning Commission meeting of November
18,2002
Drainage calculations have not been included as the construction drawings for streets, drainage, sewer
and water were prepared and approved as submitted under Christina Court Section One, in August of
1999. All drainage and utilities have been stubbed out to receive the improvements for Section Two,
Phase I and Phase 11
Our client Bill Little, President of Litwood, has changed lot sizes and total number of lots for Section Two
since the initial preliminary/final plats of 1999.
If you have any questions, please advise.
Respectfully Submitted
Tittz
