FILE: 1649-P The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request subject to the disabled parking meeting City requirements. J. D. Kemp, the owner of Bell Fence and Manufacturing Company, wishes to relocate his business from its current location at the corner of 4"' Street and Crockett to the former McCoy's 1,umber Yard at 2725 S. I I" Street. The business includes the following activities: — distribute fence material, wholesale and retail — fabricate chain link gates (weld) — fabricate vinyl fence (computerized router) — fabricate ornamental iron fence and powder coat — saw some wood products. All fabrication of fences will be conducted within the two enclosed buildings. A portion of the former retail building will be remodeled to include offices for the business.
