STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Ronald Domoneck, property owner, is developing this 1.4 acre tract into a 6 lot, single family
residential subdivision. The subject property will be served by an extension of Minnie Drive,
a concrete, curb and gutter street.
This plat was sent to all interested parties. No objections have been received.

Dear Mr. Richardson,
Enclosed is a Preliminary Plat of the proposed subdivision, Ronald Domoneck
Subdivision, Section 2, which is a 1.4 acre subdivision out of the Beaumont Improvement
Subdivision, The property abuts Signora Drive, an existing concrete street within a
public right of way. The property has access to existing water, sewer, and drainage
facilities along Signora Drive, The proposed lots will have access to as extension of
Minnie Drive, a concrete paved street with in a public right of way.
The subdivision will consist of 6 lots. The lots meet the minimum lot requirements of the
City of Beaumont Subdivision Ordinance.
Twenty five copies of the preliminary plat, 3 copies of the drainage calculations, and the
filing fee are enclosed with this request.
