Ronald Domoneck, property owner, is developing this 1.4 acre tract into a 6 lot, single family residential subdivision. The subject property will be served by an extension of Minnie Drive, a concrete, curb and gutter street. This plat was sent to all interested parties. No objections have been received. The property has access to existing water, sewer, and drainage facilities along Signora Drive, The proposed lots will have access to as extension of Minnie Drive, a concrete paved street with in a public right of way. The subdivision will consist of 6 lots. The lots meet the minimum lot requirements of the City of Beaumont Subdivision Ordinance.
