Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request for a replat of the North''/2 of Lot 13, Unit C, Tyrrell Park Addition into Lots 13A, 13B and 13C FILE: Replat -North V2of Lot 13, Unit C, Tyrrell Park Addition into Lots 13A, 13B and 13C STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Wortech Land Surveyors, Inc., the applicant, is requesting this replat on behalf of Adam Courville, the property owner. The north V2of Lot 13 is 2.4 acres in size. The lot would be subdivided into 3 lots. Lots 13A and 13B would be 0.6 acres in size. Lot 13C would be 1.2 acres in size. A house sits on what would be Lot 13C. In 1983, the north 653' of Lot 12, which is immediately west of the subject property, was subdivided into Lots 12A-12C. This replat was sent to all interested parties. He is making application to divide and replat the property into three separate lots. Attached is the completed application along with a check in the amount of $529.00 to cover the application fee, hearing fee, and filing fee. Also attached are two original mylars of the subject replat. Both are to be filed with the County Clerk with one original to be returned to this office after filing. I have also enclosed twenty blueline copies of the plat along with one 8.5 x 11 reduced scale copy of the plat and a disk containing the bitmap image of the drawing.
