The area is a mixture of industrial, commercial, medical, public/semi-public and

to GC -MD. Two areas on the south side of Hollywood were proposed for Light
Industrial. - The residential neighborhood was proposed to be rezoned RCR. The
remainder of the study area was recommended to stay Heavy Industrial.
