The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Crescent Homes, the property owner, wishes to subdivide this 100' x 13 5' lot into two 50' wide
lots. The property is currently vacant. Crescent Homes would like to build two new homes on
the subject property. Lots 9 and 11, on either side of the subject property, have been
subdivided into 50'wide lots.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No objections were received.
