STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request subject to the' City Engineer
reviewing and approving an underground drainage system.
Brandon Hebert, the property owner, is requesting a specific use permit to allow for the
construction of a mini-wareliouse facility at 9489 College.
This mini -warehouse facility will consist of 75 non -climate controlled units in approximately
8,500 sq. ft. of buildings. There will be electric gate access and 24 hour video protection.
Commercial uses abut the subject property on the north, west and south sides. This mini -
warehouse facility will be consistent with the other development along this section of College
Street.
