STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Michael and James Devillier, the property owners, wish to subdivide their property into two
lots. There is a house in the southeast corner of the property. The lot that will include the
house is 0.37 acres in area. The remaining 3.93 acres will be platted as the second lot.
Tile original Tyrrell Park Addition, Unit B was platted with large lots. However, over the
years, many of these larger lots have been replatted into smaller lots.
This replat was sent to all interested parties. At the time of the writing of this report, no
objections have been received.
