The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
The developer is requesting a replat of Lot 1, Block I of Walden Meadows, Section One in
conjunction with a request for a preliminary plat of Walden Meadows, Section Two,
The original Lot I will be subdivided into Lot I and a part of Lot 2, Section Two.
This replat was circulated to all interested parties. No negative comments have been received.
Exhibits are attached.
