STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request subject to the following
conditions:
1. Correct the incorrect flood data.
2. Label the adjoining lots within Walden Meadows, Section One.
3. Provide the signature of the owner.
4. Delete that part of the "common area" adjacent to Lot I and part of Lot 2, Section Two.
It was included in Section One.
B-Line Surveyors is requesting preliminary plat approval of a 29 lot, single family residential
development located west of Champions Drive.
The property will be accessed by Laurelwood and Sweetbay Streets. Each of these streets have
50'wide rights -of -way and 27' wide pavements. All necessary utilities will be installed to meet
City of Beaumont standards.
This subdivision plat was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses have been
received.
