STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Wortech Land Surveyors, Inc,, the applicant, is requesting a replat of Block 32, Beaumont
Improvement Company Subdivision into Lots 1-4. The subject property is located at 3820,
3840, 3860 and 3880 Bennett Road,
Lots 1-3 will be one-third of an acre each. Each will be 69.57' wide x 208.71' deep. The
remainder of Block 32 will be 4.002 acres.
This replat was sent to all interested parties. No objections have been received.
