FILE: 1709-P STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Scott Monroe, Access Self Storage, is requesting an amended specific use permit to allow the expansion of a mini -warehouse facility at 250 S. Dowlen Road. The expansion will be located south of the existing building and will consist of 20,380 sq. ft. of non -climate controlled warehouse space in three buildings and 29,250 sq. ft. of concrete slab for both covered and uncovered boat and RV storage. The original specific use permit for the mini -warehouse facility was granted in January, 2002, In February, 2004, City Council granted conditional approval of an amended specific use permit to allow the driveway on Long Street to remain open during business hours.
