of Gladys Business Park, Section Five.

NOTE: A public hearing will be required for the Replat of Lot 8, Gladys
Business Park, Section Two.
The Planning Manager recommends approval ofthis request subject to the following condition:
I Install four street lights at the following locations:
— Between Lots 8 and 9
— Between Lots 10 and 11
— Between Lots 12 and 13
— Between Lots 14 and 15.
Fittz and Shipman, the applicant, is requesting the replat of Lot 8, Gladys Business Park,
Section Two, into what will become Lot 8 and part of Lot 9, Gladys Business Park, Section Five
and preliminary plat approval of Gladys Business Park, Section Five.
Gladys Business Park, Section Five is an 8.79 acre, 23 lot, commercial subdivision located west
of Major Drive and north of Gladys Avenue. This subdivision will be served by an extension
of Cornerstone Court, a 50'wide local street. All the necessary public utilities will be installed
as per City regulations.
These items were sent to all interested parties. No negative responses have been received.

Dear Steve:
Attached are 25 blue -lines of the subject plat together with drainage calculations and a check for
$550.00. The check includes $350.00 application fee and $200.00 advertising fee. The
advertising is necessary due to lot 8 of the proposed plat having been platted as part of Gladys
Business Park, Section Two.
We would like to appear before the Planning & Zoning Commission at their scheduled June 21,
2004 meeting.
