Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request for a replat of Lot 3, Block 37, Dowlen West Addition, Unit 19 FILE: Replat - Lot 3, Block 37, Dowlen West Addition, Unit 19 STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. In October, 2003, Patti Merrill received a specific use permit to allow a real estate services/insurance office on the subject property. Ms. Merrill is now constructing the approved structure. The purpose of this replat is to establish a 15' building setback line along Galway Drive instead of the 25'building setback line as shown on the original plat. The 25'building setback line was previously deleted by a recorded instrument. However, Ms. Merrill wanted a recorded plat, as well, showing a 15' building setback line.
