BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay an invoice in the
amount of $110,701.78 to Mustang Cat, of Houston, Texas, a sole source vendor, for
repairs to a 2006 Caterpillar articulating heavy haul dump truck for the Solid Waste
Division for use in hauling dirt and cover debris in compliance with TCEQ regulations.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
May, 2021.
