BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ApTil 7, 2005
The applicants state that the interior layout of the home dictates that the addition be positioned
where proposed. It will be aligned with the angle of the house. The addition will be located
behind a permanent, brick column fence and will be located 26.25' from the edge of the pavement
of Langham.
The site plan shows water and electrical lines along the west property line. Neither Water Utilities
or Entergy have a problem with the request.
The applicant shall have the burden of proof to demonstrate that all three conditions necessary for
a variance have been met.
Nineteen notices were mailed to property owners within 200'. Three responses in favor and none
in opposition were received.
Slides of the subject property were shown,
Chairman Harris opened the public hearing and asked for the applicant's continents.

public hearing was closed.
