At some point in the pasta portion of the sewer line for 7810 Halliday Lane was placed on the neighbor's property and the owner is purchasing a portion of 7 820 Halliday to correct the problem. Both lots exceed the minimum lot requirements. The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request. Exhibits are attached.
