BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Mr. Richardson explained that the request for variances from the required 10 foot
exterior side yard building setback to 3' 1-1/4" and from the required 25 foot rear
building setback to 6' 3-1X at the property located at 777 N. Fourth Street.
The proposed plans of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church include a new narthex on the

requirements, the new construction extends to 3' 1-1/4" from the property line. The
rear yard setback variance is requested so that corridors in the addition can align with
existing corridors and so that existing paved parking can be preserved.
