TILE: Replat --Mildred Addition Lots 1-4, Block, 5 (P7,2020-166) STAFF RE PORT Bob Sims of Access Surveyors, L,L,C., has requested approval of a Replat of Lots 1-4 into Lots IA & 2A, Block 5, Mildred Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The intention of the plat is to combine four (4) lots, reconfiguring their direction and create two (2) larger lots. This plat meets all ordinance requirements for residential lots. City water and sewer are present near the property and appear• to be adequate for the new projects. The Planning Staff recommends approval with the following condition: 1, Placement of a note on the final plat stating: Mildred Street shall not be used for vehicular access until such time as it is improved and accepted as public by the City of Beaumont.
