SUBJECT: Request for approval of a certificate of appropriateness for the construction of a
chain link fence in the front yard of a single family structure.

Mr. and Mrs. Juan Perez, the property owners, wish to construct a chain link fence in the
front yard of their home at 2245 South.
Ms. Perez has stated that the fence is needed to prevent people from cutting through their
yard. There is also a halfway house nearby that is a concern of the Perez's.
