STAFF REPORT
Blythe Hukill of Access Surveyors, L.L.C., has requested approval of Stephenson Addition, No.
1. This plat will divide an existing city block which has not previously been platted into eight (8)
lots, all meeting our minimum lot requirements. The lots are zoned RS (Residential Single
Family Dwelling) and utilities appear to be adequate.
Staff recommends approval of the request.
