FILE: CA-800 eISTAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. William Germ, the property owner, proposes remodeling the exterior of the structure at 2685 Broadway. This property is currently being used as anihsurance company's office. Mr. Genn wishes to remove the asbestos siding and replace with hardi-plank and new sash windows. The building will be painted beige. 1t is Mr. Genn's intent to bring the building back to its original appearance.
