FILE: HCD-1.24 STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. James and Theresa Mathews are wanting to do exterior renovations to the exterior ofthe house at 2494 South. Work will include replacing the existing composition shingle roofs on the house and garage with new composition shingles; leveling both the house and garage; repairing wood trim around the exterior windows; replacing the first floor back door; removing and building new rear door steps; cleaning and painting the front door and porch; and pressure washing the entire exterior. ior renovations will be .
