FILE: 2421 -- Z STAFF REPORT Helbig Community Development Corporation has requested a rezoning for property located at the northwest corner of Maida Road and Betsy Lane. A tentative site plan provided by the applicant indicates they wish to construct a multi -family development at this location. Water and sewer lines are available at this location, however, the developer's engineer will need to determine if adequate capacity exists for the proposed development. Staff recommends approval of the request. Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes. Exhibits are attached.
