HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 20-160RESOLUTION NO. 20-160 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager or his designee be and they are hereby authorized to execute a one (1) year Pricing Supplement agreement for a monthly subscriber fee of $280.00 per month with TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. (TRADS), of Boca Raton, Florida, for access to a public record database to provide comprehensive information that is essential for Beaumont Police Department investigations. The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
