Leap Engineering is making application for a replat of Lot 14, Block 3, Woodland Acres Addition into Lots 14A and 14B. The subject property is located at 5490 Gail and 5505 Catherine. A house is located on the proposed Lot 14B. Several accessory buildings are located on the proposed Lot 14A. Each lot will be almost one acre in size.
