The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Leap Engineering is making application for a replat of Lot 14, Block
3, Woodland Acres Addition into Lots 14A and 14B. The subject
property is located at 5490 Gail and 5505 Catherine.
A house is located on the proposed Lot 14B. Several accessory
buildings are located on the proposed Lot 14A. Each lot will be
almost one acre in size. Each lot exceeds the minimum lot width,
depth and area requirements.
