Whiteley & Associates, Inc. is applying for the replat of the south 2 of Lot 13, Block 3, Woodland Acres Addition. The property will be resubdivided into two lots. One lot will be 155' x 174' and the other lot will be 95' x 174'. An existing house is located on the proposed Lot 13A. The applicant has explained that a new home is proposed for Lot 13B.
