Fittz and Shipman, Inc. is requesting a replat of Lots 15-18, Block 7, Westchase Village, Section Four into Lots 15, 16, 16A, 17 and 18, Block 7, Westchase Village, Section Four. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Amberwood Drive and Cobblestone Court. The replat involves the re-adjustment of three lot lines and the resubdivision of Lot 16 into two lots. The redesigned lots all exceed the minimum lot area, depth and width requirements.
