The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has applied for a replat of a
portion of Lot 21, Block 3, Wescalder Fig Acres into Lots 21E and
21F, Block 3, Wescalder Fig Acres. The property is located at 9410
and 9439 Washington Boulevard.
A house is located on Lot 21F. Lot 21E will be 0.32 acres and Lot
21F will be 0.86 acres. Both lots meet or exceed the minimum lot
dimensions as required by the Zoning Ordinance.
