Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of Lot 10, Brookside Place and the east 160' of the north 2 of Lot 2, Block 12, Wescalder Fig Acres into Lots 10B and 10C, Brookside Place Addition FILE: Replat - Lots 10B and 10C, Brookside Place Addition STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request for a replat. Mark W. Whiteley and Associates, Inc., the applicant, is requesting a replat of Lot 10, Brookside Place and the east 160' of the north 2 of Lot 2, Block 12, Wescalder Fig Acres into Lots 10B and 10C, Brookside Place Addition. The property owner of Lot 10, Brookside Place Addition would like to purchase the west 48' x 149.92' of the east 160' of the north 2 of Lot 2, Block 12, Wescalder Fig Acres. Doing so will create Lots 10B and 10C, Brookside Place Addition. Both new lots will exceed minimum lot width, depth and area requirements. This item was sent to all interested parties.
