STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Faust Engineering, the applicant, is requesting a replat of Lot 2, Block
17, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition into Lot 2 and Lot 2A. Each lot
would be approximately 150' x 712' or 106,800 sq. ft. The
property is currently zoned RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling)
District. Minimum lot size in an RS District is 50' x 100' or 5,000
sq. ft.
