STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Caliber Properties is wanting to replat this property into 6 lots. The
size of the lots would range from 0.17 acres to 0.31 acres.
This property was part of a replat of Lot 1 that was approved by the
Planning Commission in February, 2003. At that time, Lot 1 was
subdivided into three 1.44 - 1.53 acre lots.
The proposed lots meet the lot area, width and depth requirements.
This replat was sent to all interested parties. No negative comments
have been received.
