STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following
condition:
1. Correct the acreage in the title block.
Faust Engineering & Surveying, Inc. has applied for a replat
of a 2.39 acre tract out of Lot 4, Unit C, Tyrrell Park Addition
into Lots 4A - 4B, Unit C, Tyrrell Park Addition. The property
is located at 5175 and 5185 Phelps Road.
There is an existing house on Lot 4A. The remainder of the
property is vacant. The replat will create two lots that both
exceed 1 acre in size.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative
comments have been received.
