Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of Lot 1, Troy Addition into Lots 1A and 1B, Troy Addition FILE: Replat - Lots 1A and 1B, Troy Addition STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval. Fittz and Shipman, Inc. has applied for a replat of Lot 1, Troy Addition into Lots 1A and 1B, Troy Addition. The property is located at 9710 and 9714 Faggard. The purpose of the replat is to allow the neighbor to the west to purchase the proposed lot from Harold Wiggins, the owner of the existing Lot 1 at 9710 Faggard. The property will be combined with theirs. A 19' wide permanent access easement is being provided. However, the purchaser of the property will access the property through their lot. In 1984, a replat of the Troy Addition into Lots 1 and 2 was approved. Access to Lot 2 is by a 20' wide permanent access easement. Exhibits are attached.
