SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of Lot 4, Stiles Addition into Lots

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Access Surveyors is making an application for a replat of Lot 4, Stiles
Addition into Lots 4A and 4B. The subject property is located at
8079 and 8181 Labelle Road in the City of Beaumont=s
Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
Stiles Addition is currently a four lot subdivision with lot areas ranging
from 5 acres to 16.8 acres. The property owner would like to
subdivide Lot 4 into an 11.359 acre lot and a 5.520 acre lot.
Both of the proposed lots exceed the minimum lot width, depth and
area requirements.
