STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Tom Rowe, representing Mark W. Whiteley & Associates, has applied
for a replat of Lots 7 & 8, Block 1, Rosewood Addition and a 0.5962
acre tract into Lots 7A & 8A, Block 1, Rosewood Addition.
Mr. Rowe states that the purpose of this replat is to relocate the lot
line between the existing Lots 7 and 8 as well as incorporate
additional tracts outside the original subdivision that the owners have
purchased over the years.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
