The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has applied for a replat of the remainder of Lot
1, Block 1, Romeda Commercial Park Addition into Lots 1A and 1B,
Block 1, Romeda Commercial Park Addition.
Lot 1A will be 0.8 acres and Lot 1B will be 1.29 acres in size. The
lots exceed the minimum lot width, lot depth and lot area dimensions
as required by the Zoning Ordinance. The two lots are to be sold
separately.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
