STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following condition:
1. Show all private access easements on the replat.
2. Access to Dowlen Road will be limited to one
ingress/egress.
In May, 2008, the final plat for Metropolitan Park, Phase I
was filed for record with the Jefferson County Clerk. At that
time, it was platted as one large lot. Bryan Lee, the property
owner, would now like to replat Metropolitan Park, Phase I into
various outparcels that he will sell for development.
Phase I is zoned GC-MD and GC-MD-2. Pad sites A-F will be used
for various commercial purposes and Condo, Phases I-III will
be developed with multi-family condominiums.
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to showing
all private access easements on the replat. Currently, the
replat does not show how each parcel will be accessed.
