Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of Metropolitan Park, Phase I into Metropolitan Park, Phase I, Pad Sites A-F & Condo, Phases I-III FILE: Replat - Metropolitan Park, Phase I, Pad Sites A-F & Condo, Phases I-III STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following condition: 1. Show all private access easements on the replat. 2. Access to Dowlen Road will be limited to one ingress/egress. In May, 2008, the final plat for Metropolitan Park, Phase I was filed for record with the Jefferson County Clerk. At that time, it was platted as one large lot. Bryan Lee, the property owner, would now like to replat Metropolitan Park, Phase I into various outparcels that he will sell for development. Phase I is zoned GC-MD and GC-MD-2. Pad sites A-F will be used for various commercial purposes and Condo, Phases I-III will be developed with multi-family condominiums. The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to showing all private access easements on the replat. Currently, the replat does not show how each parcel will be accessed.
