Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for the approval of a replat of the north 2 of Lot 5, Block 3, Lucas Acres Addition into Lots 5A and 5B. FILE: Replat - Lots 5A and 5B, Block 3, Lucas Acres Addition STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Mark W. Whiteley & Associates is applying for a replat of the North 2 of Lot 5, Block 3, Lucas Acres Addition into Lots 5A and 5B. The property is located at 5050 and 5070 Wilshire Avenue. Two houses are located on the subject property, which now consists of one lot. It is the desire of the property owner to sell one of the houses. The proposed replat would subdivide the property into two 52' x 208' lots. Side yard setbacks of 5' will be maintained on each lot.
