The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has applied for a replat of Lot 12, Langco
Industrial Park into Lots 12A and 12B, Langco Industrial Park. The
property is located on Westwood Blvd., a private street.
Langco Industrial Park was originally platted in 1980. The original
plat includes 17 lots. The property is zoned LI (Light Industrial). It
is the intent of the property owner to resubdivide the 7.2 acre lot into
two lots. Both lots will exceed the minimum lot area, depth and
width requirements.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
