The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Habitat for Humanity has purchased 0.457 acres of residentially
zoned property to build two houses. The property is located at 2195
and 2215 W. Highland Drive. Each 66' x 150.77' lot will be 0.228
acres in size.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
