STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Mark W. Whiteley and Associates, Inc., the applicant, is requesting
approval of a replat of a 1.8113 acre portion of Lot 13, Beaumont
Irrigating Subdivision. The property is being divided into Lot 13A
(0.6251 acres) and Lot 13B (1.1862 acres).
A house sits on the proposed Lot 13A. The proposed Lot 13B is
vacant.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
