Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has applied for a replat of Lot 1, Ashworth Addition and Lots 1-4, Sonward Estates into Lot 1A, Ashworth Addition and Lots 1A-4A, Sonward Estates. The property is located at 8520-8550 Old Voth Road and the 8700 block of Eastex Freeway. The purpose of this replat is to provide the owner of Lot 1, Ashworth Addition ownership of the property to Old Voth Road which includes the water and sewer lines that serve his property.
