Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has applied for replat of Lot 2, Ashworth Addition. The subject property is proposed to be resubdivided into four lots. Lots 1-3 will each be 0.16 acres in area. Lot 4 will be 1.01 acres. The property is currently vacant. In September, 2003, the City Council approved a zone change request on the subject property to RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling) District. This item was sent to all interested parties.
