SUBJECT: Consider a request for replat of Lot 2, Ashworth Addition into
Lots 1-4, Sonward Addition

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has applied for replat of Lot 2,
Ashworth Addition. The subject property is proposed to be
resubdivided into four lots. Lots 1-3 will each be 0.16 acres in area.
Lot 4 will be 1.01 acres. The property is currently vacant. In
September, 2003, the City Council approved a zone change request
on the subject property to RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling)
District.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
