The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has applied for a replat of Lot 2, Block 1,
Amended Windemere Business Park into Lots 2Aand 2B, Block 1,
Amended Windemere Business Park. The property is located at
6005 and 6035 Major Drive.
The subject property is being subdivided into two lots. Lot 2A will be
2 acres in size and Lot 2B will be 3.047 acres. Community Bank is
building a facility on the proposed Lot 2A. Lot 2B will be available
for commercial development. Both properties are zoned GC-MD
(General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling) District.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
