STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this replat.
Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. is requesting approval of a
replat of portions of Lots 1-6, Block 2 and Tract 2, Suburban Acres
Addition into Lots 1-6 and Tract 2A, Adam=s Voth Road Addition.
The property is located at 8120-8180 Old Voth Road.
In August, 2004, the City Council approved a zone change from
GC-MD to RS for the west 100'+ of Lots 1-6 and Tract 2. During
that same month, the Planning Commission denied a replat of this
property into fourteen lots. Those fourteen lots were typically 50' in
width. The proposed lots are typically 110' in width.
This replat was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
