Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of portions of Lots 1-6, Block 2 and Tract 2, Suburban Acres Addition into Lots 1-6 and Tract 2A, Adam=s Voth Road Addition. FILE: Replat - Lots 1-6 and Tract 2A, Adam=s Voth Road Addition STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this replat. Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. is requesting approval of a replat of portions of Lots 1-6, Block 2 and Tract 2, Suburban Acres Addition into Lots 1-6 and Tract 2A, Adam=s Voth Road Addition. The property is located at 8120-8180 Old Voth Road. In August, 2004, the City Council approved a zone change from GC-MD to RS for the west 100'+ of Lots 1-6 and Tract 2. During that same month, the Planning Commission denied a replat of this property into fourteen lots. Those fourteen lots were typically 50' in width. The proposed lots are typically 110' in width.
