STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following
condition:
1. Provide Water Utilities with information on how Lots 3A-3E
will be served with water service. (Water Utilities)
Mark W. Whiteley & Assoc., Inc. has applied for a replat of
Lot 3, Acadiana Court Addition into Lots 3A-3E, Acadiana Court
Addition.
Lot 3 will be subdivided into 5 lots ranging in size from 0.2162
acres to 0.3705 acres. In December, 2007, a final plat of
Acadiana Court was approved and recorded. The final plat
included 3 lots. Lot 3 is 1.46 acres. The property is accessed
by Acadiana Drive, a private street. It is the desire of the
developer to further subdivide Lot 3 to allow for individual
office buildings.
This item was sent to all interested parties. Water Utilities
states that it will need to see how Lots 3A-3E will be served
with water service.
