SUBJECT: Request for approval of a Preliminary Plat of Westchase Village,
Section Six

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this preliminary plat
subject to the following condition:
Provide the specific type of piping and manholes as required by
Engineering.
Fittz and Shipman, Inc., the applicant, is requesting preliminary plat
approval of Westchase Village, Section Six, a 12 lot, single family
residential subdivision.
This request includes an amendment of Lots 28-29, Block 2 of
Westchase Section 5 subdivision. These lots are increasing in width
from 70' and 75' to 80' and 90', respectively.
This preliminary plat was sent to all interested parties. At the time
of the writing of this report, no negative responses had been received.
