FILE: Washington Village Plaza ___ STAFF REPORT The Planning staff recommends approval with the following condition: Faust Engineering and Surveying has requested plat approval of Washington Village Plaza. The project is located north of Washington Avenue at the intersection of Washington Village Parkway and Wolf Creek Drive within the Beaumont City Limits. The development is a ten (10) lots, two (2) block, 4.66 acre, commercial subdivision. All lots face the existing Washington Village Parkway residential collector with a right-of-way width of 60 ft. and a pavement width of 37 ft. Water and sewer will be provided by City of Beaumont utilities along Washington Village Parkway. This item was sent to all interested parties. Exhibits are attached.
