Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for preliminary plat approval of the Ronald Domoneck Addition, Section 2 FILE: Preliminary Plat - Ronald Domoneck Addition, Section 2 STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request subject to the following condition: 1. Provide proof of payment for street lights and poles. (Transportation) 2. Label the name of the cul-de-sac. (Planning) 3. Provide the owner=s signature on the plat. (Planning) Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has applied for preliminary plat approval of a six lot, single family residential subdivision. A preliminary plat was previously approved in 2003. No final plat was submitted and the preliminary plat expired. The property will be accessed by a short cul-de-sac street. Lot sizes will vary from 0.15 acres to 0.29 acres. Exhibits are attached.
